Hi I'm Evan I'm the owner of Emprise Fitness, the one-on-one personal training garage gym at 111 Garfield St
Seattle Washington. You see, I specialize in helping people like you get maximum enjoyment, fulfillment, and
satisfaction from your life. Especially life in the outdoors.
I focus on getting clients pain free, strong musculature, strong lungs, explosive and resilient.
I'm a long time Seattle resident. I'm expert skier, endurance cyclist, mountaineer, backpacker and all around weekend warrior. I have observed many friends, family, other parents and people in the community unable to do the things they love. Even worse I see parents having aches, pains and not enough energy to take their family out to enjoy all the pacific northwest has to offer.
I have become a NASM certified personal trainer to help you get strong, fast and adventure ready. Whatever adventure you have in your coming up in your life, you are going to be prepared to crush it, and have tons of fun in the process. Along the way your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health are going to be transformed, and by extension supercharge your longevity.
But since you don't quite know me yet, I want to prove my claims to you. That's why I'm offering you a paid trail. You can see for yourself how awesome it feels to have more strength and more energy for your everyday life.
Some Kettlebells, some bands, Rings, jump ropes and P-bars. Barbell and power rack coming soon
The studio is a garage gym. We are here to train, not fancy pants
If you want one then heck yeah!
Definitely. Your cardio plan and strength plan need to properly synergize, or you will probably over train and crash and burn.
a Restrictive nutrition plan is not a sustainable choice for most people's lives. if it was then you already would have done so.
Consulting a doctor before undertaking a new training program is usually an excellent idea.
Everyone needs to train the fundamental movement patterns: press, pull, hinge, squat, carry and gait. However, the correct way to train those patterns will depend on your goals and level of athletic development. We will zero in on the right movements to train for your current fitness and your success.
